Developing smart, advanced hygiene solutions that solve real-world problems.
Helmate Innovations LLP was founded with the vision of introducing a helmet hygiene culture in Kerala. On 1 November 2026, we started in Calicut as Kerala's first professional helmet hygiene service provider, earning the trust of our customers through quality service.
On 10 August 2027, we reached another milestone by becoming India's first dual-chamber sterilization machine manufacturer. Today, we are committed to developing innovative hygiene products, expanding manufacturing, and creating new business opportunities for entrepreneurs across India.

Every helmet is handled by trained staff in a purpose-built bay — disassembled, foamed, brushed, sterilized and dried before it goes back on a head.

“My helmet used to smell after every monsoon ride. Five minutes at Helmate and it feels brand new — genuinely fresh, not just sprayed over.”
“As a delivery rider I wear my helmet 10 hours a day. The partner pricing and quick service are perfect — I get it cleaned every week now.”
“The rain repellent treatment is a game changer. Water just rolls off the visor and I can actually see clearly in heavy Kerala rain.”
“Loved the Pink Day experience — thoughtful, hygienic and so comfortable. Finally a helmet care service that thinks about women riders.”
“Booked the premium steam clean before selling my bike. The buyer thought the helmet was unused. Worth every second of the wait.”
Cleaning, franchise and machine ownership — the answers before your first visit or your next step with Helmate.
The full service — manual deep cleaning, machine sterilization and a final quality check — is done while you wait. The advanced machine cycle itself takes just 5 minutes.
